6-Week Healthy Start Package: $450
Designed for individuals who need extra motivation and personalized support to achieve their health and wellness goals. Gain a deeper understanding of your bio-individual needs and how to fuel your unique body for optimal function.
This package includes:
One initial 60-minute clinical consultation (Week 1)
One 60-minute recommendations call (Week 1)
Three additional 30-minute coaching calls (Weeks 2, 4, and 6)
Unlimited text/voice message support on Voxer (Monday-Thursday weekly), for questions in between your coaching sessions and check-ins
Customized supplement protocol (optional). You also receive access to discounted professional-grade supplements
Analysis of 4-day food and mood journal
Customized meal plan with recommendations tailored to your unique bio-individual needs
Access to meal planning guides and recipes
3-Month Package: $250/month
Get all the benefits from nutritional therapy beyond the basics. 3-6 months of nutritional therapy will help you regain your energy, restore your metabolism, and reclaim your health. Building a healthy mindset and a balanced lifestyle for your unique body takes time. This guided work will lead to health transformation that goes beyond your initial goals.

One 1.5-hour initial consultation (Week 1)
Plus 6 additional appointments! We meet every 2 weeks for 3 months! That’s accountability, support, education, and guidance built into the package (this can be a combo of both in-person and online meetings).
Unlimited text/voice message support on Voxer (Mon-Thurs weekly), for questions in between your coaching sessions and check-ins

One-Time Assessment + Protocol: $97
If you’ve previously completed one of my programs (Nutritional Therapy OR Nourish-U), this one’s for you! You’ve already learned SO much about the foundations of optimal nutrition (and health), but you desire a more targeted approach to your unique needs. Or, maybe you need guidance on where to begin for a fresh start. After I evaluate your paperwork, (health history questionnaire, 4-Day Food and Mood Journal, 300+ question nutritional and lifestyle assessment) together we will develop specific health goals and a targeted protocol just for you.
This visit includes:
One 1 hour consultation
Goal setting and hot-seat coaching session
Targeted protocol including diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations
Analysis of nutritional assessments and 4-day food and mood journal

My goal is to truly see and hear each client, and to develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol to help each client feel their best – inside and out!
The fundamental goal of Nutritional Therapy is to help individuals reach their optimal level of overall health by supporting and bringing balance to the five foundations listed below. All five are built upon a single, solid base: a properly prepared, nutrient-dense diet.

By supporting each of these foundations and helping clients adopt a more nutrient-dense diet, the body's chemistry can be brought back into natural balance, setting the stage for optimal health and healing. Nutritional Therapy is not designed, however, to treat any specific disease or medical condition. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
Reaching optimal health requires sincere commitment, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude. If you are not willing to change how you eat and live, Nutritional Therapy is not the right approach for you. Because every human being is different on a biochemical level, I do not guarantee any specific result from our work together. However, I can absolutely guarantee you’ll gain invaluable knowledge about your nutritional needs, how to fuel your unique body, and a focus on progress over perfection!
