What is a whole food, nutrient-dense diet? Learn WHY it’s the most essential foundation for achieving optimal health and simple strategies to plug and plate. Together we’ll explore the concepts of food as fuel, phytonutrients, how to read a food label, upgrading your pantry, and more.

WEEK 2 - THE FOUNDATIONS: DIGESTION + BLOOD SUGAR BALANCE
Gut check! Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Discover how it’s designed to work and how to support proper function. We’ll also take a deep dive into our body’s blood sugar regulation system and learn ways to get off the blood sugar rollercoaster.

This week is all about practical application tips for lasting, sustainable success and identifying next steps for your wellness journey.
